Lake of the Ozarks Rodeo
The Camden County Saddle Club will be bringing the 2nd annual Lake of the Ozarks Rodeo to the Camden County Saddle Club Arena this weekend, June 29th & 30th. Their first rodeo last year was such a success, that it was named Best New Rodeo of the Year by the cowboys and cowgirls of the Missouri Rodeo Cowboys Association. With a brand new arena, the rodeo is sure to attract even more of a turnout than the 1100 spectators that made it last year.
Located in Roach, just west of Camdenton, the Saddle Club’s brand new arena at Camping Paradise will open both Friday and Saturday and 1pm. There will be plenty of pre-rodeo activities to enjoy as well as some great food from amazing vendors on-site. The actual rodeo competitions and performances will begin at 8pm. Unlike last year, the campgrounds at Camping Paradise will be closed. If you were planning on staying overnight, you will need to make other arrangements.
This is an official MRCA/URA sanctioned event. For more information, please call (573) 286-3512. Last year’s inaugural rodeo was a blast. Bring the family for some good time fun at the Lake of the Ozarks Rodeo this Friday and Saturday. It’s be fun for everyone.
