Morgan County Fair 2018
FFA and 4H exhibitors checked in last night. But the Morgan County Fair 2018 really kicks off tonight with a hay bale decorating contest and home economics exhibits. In an effort to bring more people to Thursday nights at the fair, organizers decided to pump up exhibits and activities tomorrow. So, guests have the opportunity to watch the Dirt Bike Rodeo (7 pm), try their luck at the Fairgrounds Poker Walk (7 pm to 9 pm), pick up a raffle ticket from the Lions Club (7 pm to 9 pm), and listen to music spun by a live DJ or sing your heart out at karaoke from 8 pm to 9 pm. Show Me Amusements starts selling their armbands for rides, games, and food on Thursday as well. The armbands cost $20 per person per day. The Lion’s Club also provides food and drinks for sale on-site each day of the fair.
Friday at the Morgan County Fair 2018 consists primarily of 4H and FFA exhibits. However, Mad Hoss Jackson performs from 7 pm to 10 pm. You must be at least 21 to attend. Tickets cost $5 per person. Of course, don’t forget to purchase your armband from Show Me Amusements to ride the carnival rides or play games.
Saturday marks the final day of the Morgan County Fair 2018. Rides, games, and food will be available all day. But at night, the Figure 8 Scramble, Powder Puff, and Power Wheels Race return to the fairgrounds (7 pm). Tickets for the races run $7 per person for everyone aged 12 and up. Kids under 12 get in for free.
