The dogwood is the official state tree of our great state of Missouri. Right now, the dogwoods achieve full bloom. Trees all over the lake area burst with bright pink and white blossoms. To celebrate the season, the Chamber of Commerce hosts their annual Camdenton Dogwood Festival from April 25th to the 27th.
